CLCA Board Position
Welcome Chandlers Landing Residents
This is the easiest way for me to connect with as many residents as possible in the short time we have before voting on our three open Board seats.
Who to elect to the Board is a critical decision for us. Our collective property value for this community is well over a quarter of a billion dollars. With that much at stake, it is critical that we have Board members who have the experience, vision, skills, and time to govern CLCA. We have faced significant challenges in the past couple of years. I would like to first acknowledge the recent work the Board has accomplished to address big issues like the club and other important issues. Yet, there are still significant and critical issues to address in 2025 and beyond.
What will that take?
A highly qualified Board working as a team
Open communication with the community and consistent with our HOA legal and regulatory obligations
A focus on service and execution by our staff, contractors, and the Board.
As candidates, we were each invited to share a one-page document detailing our qualifications and experience. You may find mine here: CLCA Board Candidate Jim Brewer. Click to download.
As I mentioned in the one-page, I believe leadership starts with listening. As my wife Susan and I have been walking Augie and meeting neighbors, my question for them and for you is, “What do you think is the most important thing the Board needs to do?” I will share some great answers at the Meet the Candidate event. If you would like to share your views, my email is Jim@jamesabrewer.com. Share your thoughts there or to set up a short call to discuss.
Thanks for listening. Vote for the candidates that have the experience, vision, and skills to work together for CLCA.
And what else can you do? Find ways to be involved with your neighbors and our Chandlers Landing community.
