 Welcome to BrewerLeadership ClientsOnly

The ClientsOnly section of our website is dedicated to secure communication between BrewerLeadership the leaders and companies we do business with. It includes a directory, a private calendar with member-only events, and access to files and information that we do not share with the general public.

Since you are a fee-based client, a member of one of our peer groups, or in some cases a leader we have worked with personally, we consider you to be part of our community. As member of our ClientsOnly community, we expect you to follow three guidelines.

1) Only contact other clients on a one-to-one basis. Do not send broadcast emails or contact multiple members of the community.

2) The materials are for your use personally or with your team. Do not forward to outside parties or organizations without permission.

3) If you have any questions or concerns about other members of the community or any of the materials, let us know. Please contact me (Jim@BrewerLeadership.com) directly. We make mistakes. Our clients and our partners make mistakes. Only with honest feedback, taking responsibility, and a commitment to excellence will we be the leaders we strive to be.

Our clients also have access to our trusted network of service providers on a personal introduction basis. These firms include:

  • Investment banks to help you raise capital, sell your company or grow your business by acquisition

  • Companies to help you market your company, train your salesforce, evaluate your people, work on manufacturing issues, or implement software packages

  • Outsourcing firms to help you manage your workforce, develop the next killer product or manufacture overseas

  • Coaches and peer groups to help you invest in you.

  • Fractional resources to step in on accounting, marketing or other projects as required

  • Recruiting and human capital development organizations to fill that gap on your team

  • Professionals for wealth management, personal accounting and insurance needs

  • Groups and associations to help you fill a board seat or make the right business connection in North Texas

Why start with our trusted network?

    “Trust” means several things.

  • You can trust you will meet a kindred spirit. It’s the same principal as friendships. A friend of a friend is often a friend you haven’t met yet. Perhaps it is even more true here. The members of our trusted network think the same way you do.

  • They have a proven track record. They would not be on this list if we did not have strong feedback from other clients about the value the member delivered.

  • Their process is consistent with ours. If you are a client on our peer boards, a company running on EOS, or working with us to develop yours and your teams leadership, it is important that we all are on the same page. The members on this list understand the process.

  • It is difficult to have trust without feedback. As you work with the trusted network, we expect you will let is know what’s working and what might be even better. That way you will help the other clients here.

How do I contact the trusted network?

    • Call us first to make an introduction. You may notice multiple members in category. Often in a short 20 minute call we can help you pick the right resource for consideration and give you an inside track to the right person to call. (The partners in the Trusted Network will usually reach out to us to learn more about you and your situation.)

    • We will typically give one member of the trusted network based on your needs.

    • Then you will contact them directly.

    • Keep us in the loop. Let us know how it worked.
