I’m driven by a passion for achieving greatness and unlocking explosive growth. My journey includes being part of and leading teams featured in Jim Collins’ research, working for and alongside entrepreneurs like Mark Cuban, and serving on the senior leadership team of a company that ranked INC #9 and then #1 the following year. Through these experiences, I’ve learned one thing: the extraordinary is always possible.
But here’s the important thing—I’m not the one with all the answers. The answer is in the room. My job is to help uncover it when I’m there and equip you with the tools to find it when I’m not. Since 2016 as a Vistage Chair and 2019 as an EOS Implementer, I’ve spent over ten thousand hours working with leaders and teams like yours.
